What we collect
Only what you type into the founding-access form:
- your name, work email and company, which the form needs;
- if you choose to give them, your role, company type, construction volume, phone, the tools you use today and a note;
- whether you ticked "Also send me occasional product updates";
- the date and time you sent the form, and the consent sentence shown to you at that moment.
We do not store your IP address, your browser details or any tracking id with your form. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To contact you about founding access to BuilderSite: a reply by hand from one of us, and a call if you want one. If you ticked the box, we may also send you occasional product updates. Every bulk email will carry our postal address and a way to unsubscribe.
We never send an automatic reply, and we never sell, rent or trade your details.
Where it is kept
Your form is stored in a database in our account at Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Email you send to hello@buildersiteos.com, support@buildersiteos.com or privacy@buildersiteos.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our own inboxes.
Who sees it
Only the two people building BuilderSite. The page that lists signups is behind Cloudflare Access, which lets in only the people we name. Cloudflare stores and carries the data for us as our hosting provider.
The spam check and visit counts
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. To do that, Cloudflare looks at signals from your browser, including your IP address, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We receive only a pass or fail; we do not receive or keep those signals.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites and gives us only totals, such as how many people opened a page.
The demo
The demo runs entirely in your browser on invented sample data. Nothing you do in it is sent to us. It keeps two small settings in your browser's storage: your light or dark choice and which tours you finished. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
How long we keep it
24 months from the day you send the form, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop product updates: email privacy@buildersiteos.com. We act on it by hand and tell you when it is done.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We honour both anyway: nothing on this site follows you once you leave it.
